Caliber Collision

After someone crashed into me, Caliber took good care of my car! It was really nice not having to stress about it because I could tell my car was in good hands with competent technicians. With some other shops in the past I have felt like they tried to get my car out as soon as possible to make their money and send me on my way. However, I appreciate that Dan here at Caliber took his time to make sure things were done right. Alyssa sent me texts along the way to keep me updated on the process. I will always be coming back to Caliber!

The estimator/service rep was great to work with and kept me informed as my vehicle went through the repair process. The delays that were experienced were out of Caliber’s control but they stayed on top of it and did all they could to keep the repairs going. When I found the issues after I got my vehicle back, my service rep made arrangements to get everything fixed to my satisfaction. I definitely will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing their type of service.

After wrecking my truck, I was dealing with a lot of stress — and Mike at Caliber made the entire experience so much easier. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative every step of the way. The team took exceptional care of my vehicle, and the quality of the work truly shows — my truck is running like a dream. Great people, great work. This was my first experience with Caliber and I am completely impressed! I have never been treated so well and they did a BRILLIANT job on my car! I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received and the quality of work performed.
