Love this location!! Called about a super leaky valve stem 30 minutes before they closed and they stayed to help me out 😭🙏 Travis was who mainly helped me and he's the best! There was another gentleman that helped at the desk who was awesome too. Got everything figured out super fast and they were super patient, haha. Definitely recommend going here!!! They're the best!

First off I shopped for prices on the tires I wanted and then settled on Discount Tire as their price was better than others in my area. I had not had contact with anyone there at this point. I then visited my local store to purchase and set up an installation appointment. The fellow Drew helped me out and the transaction went well. He was a personable fellow and everything went smooth. He told me I had to set up an appointment on line and I did so in the store, but with my phone. Oh well that's how things work now-a-days. At appointment time I was helped in an appropriate amount of time based on associates and customers in front of me. The actual service was timely. I went ahead and gave them the authorization to do an alignment if necessary to save everyone's time. This did help some but

Great customer service! They were pretty busy when I arrived, but despite being busy everyone at the front desk had a positive and welcoming attitude! They were able to help me find new tires for our suv and at a great price. Will definitely be back!

I was extremely well taken care of here by all of the employees. I came in after a night shift after the hospital and they were able to get me in and out quickly and were appreciative of me. I am super appreciative of this team's service!

This place has outstanding customer service and exceptional products. I enjoy going here because their employees are like family. They really care about your safety and about your pocketbook. We are lucky to have them in Idaho Falls. I’ve dealt with tire sales for 40 years and these guys make sure the job gets done right the first time.
