Big O Tires

On February 8, 2026 I scheduled an oil change at the big O in Apache Junction. What an awesomely run establishment. They changed my oil within 45 minutes and like most establishments try to upsell you stuff, they made no attempt to. They just recommended what may need to be done in the future. I will return. Excellent establishment.

A low tire was diagnosed/fixed quickly and the service was excellent. I came back for an oil change/tire rotation. Cost was very reasonable and again, service was super good and I’m a big fan of this company/people.

There was exceptional and very courteous service provided in fixing my flat tire. I never would have guessed a razor blade would have given us a flat tire. Kudos to Cody for getting our tire fixed along with a friendly smile. Many thanks from Steve.

Wendy,becky,Matt are the most amazing folks I have ever met. They are unbelievably selfless people not only did they do EVERYTHING in there power to help me get tires and a alignment done they even took the time.to listen and care about why this was such a struggle and wendy is such a sweetheart wendy. If u read this please know u r one of the most ama8ng woman I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Thank u for u 3 did to help me and my family out. I'll be back. 😀😃

I am so happy that I found big old tire when I did. I had a very low tire and I was making a 800 mile trip. They found out what the problem was and although I needed a tire replaced and decided to get all four replaced, they bent over backwards to help me out because they knew I would be traveling the next morning. They have a great team and they were fabulous addressing my needs. I understand an emergency on my part should not have triggered Instant service on their part yet they still came through. I am extremely happy with their service and you should be extremely pleased with your crew at the big old tires in Apache Junction, Arizona.
