Take 5 Oil Change

Man, they got new management over there. They got a great team. More than happy with my customer experience -as the assistant manager offered a water before I came in there offered a water when I left. Team members very informative about everything that was going on with the car. All around a great experience and good team over there. Highly recommend this place as they really got their stuff together now.

I honestly never thought I’d take the time to write a review about an oil change but Take 5 Oil Change in Apache Junction, Az. truly deserves the recognition. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They worked quickly without cutting corners, explained everything clearly, and most importantly did not try to push unnecessary add-ons. Instead, they gave me straightforward options and let me choose which brand and service level I wanted, which I really appreciated. Also the guys took the extra time to check my interior vent and discovered something I never would have expected… mouse droppings in the vent system. I am beyond grateful they caught that… had they not, I would still be breathing that in. I can’t thank them

I cannot rave praises enough about this team in Apache Junction. Fast, extremely friendly, and most of all HONEST! They went over and beyond to help me understand needs of my old 4 Runner prior to a long trip back home (1500 miles). They are about treating you with courtesy. I didn't feel like a number going here.... I am switching all my cars to Take 5 for oil changes now! Don't forget to get a coupon online! Thanks, you guys were the BEST!!!!♡

Vincent and John were on it! I really liked the call and return they shared on process, but especially on safety. Calling out loud and clear! Some people don't get it but I work in high audio volume situations while training others and that practice they used was outstanding. Oh yeah the oil change was smooth and I was offered things as they pertained to the moment. I give 4 stars because your prices are getting high. I started coming because you were cheaper than jiffy lube. Now I'm not sure. I'll be back though.

Service was spectacular!! I was there with my toddler this morning. They were so quick and really handled my vehicle with professional care. I had just bought new windshield wipers and they even offered to install them for me! My son and I were in and out in 30 min! Amazing. I will be a returning customer!
