Midas

It would be hard to find a friendlier or more professional place than Midas in AJ. Brand new location (only a week or so) and they are already our go-to!! We found them spending time at local events already as well, great addition to the AJ community!

The entire staff were kind and knowledgeable. They helped me in a pinch, with exemplary customer service. I will certainly recommend this Midas, they exceeded my expectations in customer service. They were able to help me , and they did it with a smile. Their pride in their trade and work shows. Thank you guys!!!🙏🏼❤️

I know they’ve been open a couple of weeks. But I’ve been waiting for their Google account to be active. I came in and spoke with Tony, he was such a kind gentleman and helped me with my vehicle. I originally went in for an oil change but explained to him that I kept hearing a weird sound when I turned my wheel. Milo was generous enough to look it over and realized I had bad tie rods. He replaced my tie rods and did my oil change for me in one visit. They both worked fast and professionally. I’m so glad I seen the grand opening sign, I will continue my business with them from this day on

Excellent experience! We brought in a used car (that we were thinking about buying) to get a pre-purchase inspection. I'm glad we did. The diagnostic information that Brandon and team pulled and reviewed with us save us from making a BIG mistake. Thanks Midas!

Edit: Sonny from management called me to go over the situation and was very empathetic and understanding. I feel like he did what he could to make it right and for me, we are 100% square. I believe you can trust Midas to get it right and am confident this one event does not define the place as a whole. Lastly, Sonny made it clear that he would use this as opportunity for growth, which I also appreciated. ——— I’ll let you decide- 9 months ago I spent $1300 for a new throttle body on a 2015 Cruze from a different Midas shop. This past week I go to another Midas shop who also tells me I need a new throttle body. The main guy I worked with, Tony, doesn’t know the company warranty on the part but he does know that the Midas warranty is only 3 months or 12k miles. Ok, fine. I spend $655 and af
