Great team of mechanics with knowledgeable, friendly management. Costs for repairs are reasonable, and there is never any upselling. All major and minor services are always explained with patience, without talking down to customers. Will return if services are needed in the future.

I searched Google last week to see where I could get an oil change. To my surprise, they do oil changes here too, not just tires. I knew I had an oil issue but when they started we found out it was worse than expected. Mario took pictures to show me my oil pan was in really bad shape. Then he took me out to point out a couple more issues. I got the oil pan taken care of right away. The guys here are super cool! Friendly and helpful. I also found out that they are certified mechanics and do all the regular repairs that an auto shop does. They seem to be up front and honest. I’m thinking this will be my new repair shop.

Nelson gives great customer service. I requested an appointment and asked for the latest manufacture date for premium Hankook Kinergy PT H737, which comes with a 90k miles warranty; 11/32" tread dept, temp and tread grade A, Speed rating : H (130nph). The latest were the last 3 months, 2024. Anyways, I was worried a bit aesthetically, but damn those tires look great on my daughter's 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2.4L - .Im very happy with the service and installation. The owner, Thomas Chesny, explained the need for a camber front right tire. For me, it is something not to do without as I love longevity for my investment for an even wear. And yes, my daughter rotates tires every 5k miles. She rides with 2 little ones. Safety is my number #1. Tires for me are not something to budget on.

The Big O team was extremely helpful determining the issue I had and assisted me deciding my path forward. Everyone I interacted with took the time to ensure I had an understanding of all work to be performed and also, was helpful making a schedule that would also work for me. Great team to work with!!

Great service and great value. Customer service was great and overall great price. No complaints, since my car needed some work to be done diagnostics fee was free (-$189) and the part I needed wasn't too expensive and it was standard price anywhere. So overall great experience.
