Big O Tires

I had a great experience with Big O Tires while working in town on a project at Carlsbad Caverns National Park. I needed a set of tires on short notice, and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. The pricing was fair, the work was done right, and the entire staff was genuinely friendly and easy to work with. I come here every year for tire services as it’s always my luck I drive over a nail or pot hole. The service is great and never had any issues with them. I just had my battery replaced by them as well. Overall, all the techs and mechanics here are willing to help to get your vehicle serviced swiftly and correctly, as possible.

Took truck in for alignment and tire rotation on 4 BRAND NEW TIRES was told they couldn’t do the alignment due to needing some new parts, ok fine sounds good. Nope if fact they did try to touch the alignment on truck totally jacked it up ate thru all 4 new tires in less than a week just for me to get back and forth to work. They don’t even try to correct it or anything just told me nope can’t be done and jacked it up, ruined brand new upper control arms, Lower ball joins, outer tie rods, and all 4 tires made truck totally un safe to drive. Didn’t have any issues until after I dropped off now currently out of pocket $3600+.

On multiple occasions i have had terrible service, i took four wheeler tires here a couple years ago and they took 3 days to put 3 tires on when they said it would be done the same day, i had to call them to get my tires worked on and back in my possession when they stated they would call me when finished, recently i had purchased a new set of tires for my truck and asked them to put one of my old tires on the spare, they did not put the tire on the spare and im missing a lug nut, they broke the stud and just sent me on my way. I will never do business with big o tires carlsbad again.

Well, my drivers side rear rim was damaged when they replaced all four new tires. Very disappointing due to the fact that each rim cost me 800.00 buck a piece. I talked to the salesman and asked them to be careful and the the rims were expensive but, he must not have passed that on to the tire tech.
