Big O Tires

Not sure yet. Staff is friendly and fast service. Had 4 new tires put on a while back, one was leaking and they put a new valve stem in. I jacked the front of my truck up, and something is in the tire and bounces around when I rotate it. I Just had an alignment done with big o this week , and was watching the mechanic take it for a test drive as I sat in the parking lot watching. The guy backs it out of the rack and squeals the tires. Then goes to take off into the street and chirps first through third gear in front of everyone includingthe other mechanics. Then brings the truck back and says it drove good on his 20+ minutes drive. When I leave after paying, the e brake was on the entire time he drove it. I have always gone to big O for my tires, even though they are more expensive than places like Casper tire and Walmart. Recently, I went there with a nail in my tire. I asked for a plug and he said that it was not fixable because it was in the sidewall, which was not true at all then he said he didn’t have a tire to sell me and my only option was to buy four new tires and they were having a sale so I would buy three and get one free for almost $900. I refused, left there and went and got the tire plugged. I knew it was not in the sidewall and I honestly think I was treated that way because I am a woman and I think he thought I didn’t know what I was doing. So I will never go back to big O because of that employee.

I recently blew a couple of tires while driving rough roads hunting in Wyoming. I called my wife from the one ridge where I had cell service, asked her to call around to find me tires while I tried to limp into town on plugs. It was on a Friday afternoon and I was 2-3 hours out of town. She called multiple places that were not helpful, then got Al at Big O. He was extremely helpful, had what I needed, and they were open late enough for me to get there. Once I got there, they pulled my truck right in and got me a full set of new Cooper Rugged Treks. Everyone there was very friendly in spite of me be from out of state. I highly recommend Al and the team at Big O in Casper.

My tires were on backorder but I had a sidewall failure in my current tires and couldn't drive. Al and his team treated me like a prince, getting some temporary tours on until the ones I ordered came in. When they did, they took care of my vehicle quickly and efficiently. They did an amazing job.

Did some suspension work, upper control arms and a tie rod, went in for an allignment, came out with an allignment that had my wheel turned about an 8th maybe more to the right, went back to have it fixed, came out with my inner tie rod backed off of the steering rack somehow, went back a 3rd time, only to have the wheel turned about one10th to the left when driving straight and now only after the third visit do they somehow notice my lower ball joints have side to side play. Overall a pretty terrible experience.
