if i could give 0 stars i would, i took my wheel in for a flat repair, they damaged the face of my wheel blaming me because i got a flat, they do not listen to customers even tho i showed cameron the photo of my wheel i took before bringing it in. they will argue forever to not have to spend a dime on a customers belongings they damaged, awful customer service don’t go here unless you want damages done to your vehicle. didn’t help he sat there picking the metal off my wheel while i'm explaining to him that they damaged it and talking over me, absolute smart ass. i would leave a worse review honestly. take your car to Burt brothers. or even walmart.

Great experience at Big O Tires in Cedar City Ut! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows their way around a vehicle. They caught a small issue I hadn't noticed and fixed it quickly. The friendly service makes the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend if you want honest work and a smile!

On vacation and the rental car got a flat. The agency sent us to Big O for the tire repair/replacement. They were excellent on the phone and even better when we arrived for the fix. Pleasant staff who did a nice job explaining exacly what odd stuff happened to the tire. At the end of the day, with an out-of-towner and a potential corporate backstop if more issues were discovered, it turned out there was only minor actual damage and no charge.

Cameron and his crew are amazing. Woke up this morning to a flat tire. They fixed the leak super fast (less than 20 minutes) and didn’t charge us anything for it. Excellent service. Thank you!
