I go to Chico State and this is the best place to get your services done! They are super flexible and help work with your budget! I will always come back to them, and I can always get an appointment quickly so no need to wait to get my vehicle checked out! Corey and the rest of the members are so welcoming, I enjoy every visit!

Fantastic Service!! Came in due to a road hazard warranty claim on a Saturday. They had to order my tire but quickly put on my spare and when I came in at 5 on Monday they had the tire ready and installed in under 10 minutes!! GM was awesome and friendly!! Highly recommend this branch for all your tire needs.

Yesterday my mom, Angela, and I went to Big O Tires, and Corey and his team did an absolutely amazing job taking care of my mom’s car. They were honest, patient, and very clear in explaining what issues needed to be prioritized, which helped us feel confident and comfortable following their recommendations. On top of the excellent service, Corey was incredibly kind and generous by giving us a discount, which we truly appreciated. That extra gesture meant a lot and showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers—not just about fixing cars, but about helping people. Corey and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. It was such a relief knowing the car was in trustworthy hands. We left feeling grateful, impressed, and well taken care of.

Great place! Nice and knowledgeable staff they even took me into the shop and showed me everything going on with my vehicle and explained it in a way that makes sense. Very trust worthy and transparent. I had a great experience. My car has never felt better :) thanks guys

The manager Corey was extremely helpful, we are homeless and just got a car and when it broke down in front of them they did their best to help us. They gave us a great deal on a battery and gave us some info on our car and amazing advice. He has a positive welcoming attitude and really made things less stressful. Big o Tires really helped us and we are Hella thankful.
