Amazing staff and crew! They were very fast and reliable getting my new tires out on my truck and oil change. I now have very good tires with excellent warranty for a very good price. I will always use Big O Tires for all my wheel and tire needs! Thank you for the wonderful service.

Do NOT go to Big O Tires they put new tires on my van that we brought in and in the process left scratches all around the edge of the tires they had me come back in put the tires back on the machine, the scratches lined up perfectly with the machine where it clamps down. But since it did not cause any new scratches (I am sure they cleaned it before I came in) they said they would not be fixing it. The employees even told me it was clear that the machine caused it but the owner would not own up to her wrongs. Her name is Kim. The only reason we checked everything very close before we left is because another man had come in while we were waiting and said his vehicle was throwing him all over the road after he left there. Not my usual BigO location, but the service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. It was right before the snow storm and the usual oil change person had to leave because of a pipe that had burst due to the cold weather. I was still taken care of and very satisfied with every staff person I encountered. Thank you very much!!!

We recently were traveling from Louisville, KY to Nebraska on a Saturday and had a tire suddenly begin losing air. We were close to Corydon, IN and saw Big O Tire. It was busy that morning but they helped us quickly, removed the screw we picked up and plugged the tire within the hour! We had a long trip home and greatly appreciated their efficiency and professionalism! Thank you very much!!

Reps were super professional and helpful. We were very surprised by how fast they were able to look at our car. Definitely will return
