Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Logan was quick to politely greet me at my car when I pulled into the parking lot. He was also patient with me as I needed some time to get my funds in order before starting the oil service. Glenn and Justin went above and beyond in completing my oil change and inspecting my car. I had a high amount of concern and was completely lost about an issue with my Cube when I got there; and thanks to Justin, Glenn, and Logan I left this location with a better idea of how to proceed with the care of my car. These gentlemen deserve more than just a pat on the back; I am so grateful for their help today! I will definitely be back to this location for my future oil changes and will recommend to my family and friends.

Logan did a great job communicating band adjusting the traffic flow during a busy time. He kept customers updated and moving as expediently as possible! Definitely appreciate him and the crew working today!

The new manager was very nice but the blonde kid that was tasked with checking my fluids is incompetent. He checked my radiator fluid but wasn't smart enough to tighten the cap back down and redlined my temp gage. Was a 3 mile round trip hike to the nearest gas station for 3 jugs of antifreeze all because of this incompetent person. Also when you call the number you cant reach that store. If this is the way its going to be since Ashley left I will take my business elsewhere.

As a female I hate doing anything with cars but I always choose this Valvonine location because of excellent and prompt service. No BS upselling just honest recommendations. Jamie was very friendly.
