AWFUL first and LAST experience at trusty’s. If you care about your car at all DO NOT come here. If you don’t care about your car this is the place for you! I came in with a seized caliper. They said they couldn’t have the caliper until the next day(that’s fine)said my appointment was at 2 the next day and they would call me when it’s finished. The next day I wait and wait. Decided to call at 4:30 because I heard nothing about my car. Just for the lady’s at the desk to say, oh your cars ready. Thanks for letting me know. Came to get my car before they closed at 5 and waited in line in the lobby with no one in front of me while the two lady’s were more worried about their vape pods being stale than attending to the customer standing in front of them. Waited patiently until they were done. S

If I could give a Zero I would. Boy has this place gone down hill. I went there to swap out 4 new wheels and to swap out my tire pressure monitor sensors to the new wheels. In the process they destroyed the bead on one of my tires while taking it off my wheel (19” factory wheel) and when questioning her about it her response was “it wasn’t my machine that did it”. The two ladies up front seem to be the ones running the show definitely need an attitude adjustment. This has to be the most unprofessional shop I’ve been in. Maybe they should let the cat “lug nut” run the show. Half mile down the road my TPM light came on. (Great). Jumped on the interstate got up to speed and the wheels were so out of balance it felt like an old wagon wheel on a dirt road. (Great). The next day I stopped at Bi

My first time doing business with Trusty Tires of Corydon In. Can't describe the service other than Truly incredible. There efficacy was spot on. Not the typical your just a number type of service. The girls at the register treat you like your part of there family. The techs seem to be the same although I didn't interact for near the time. I got quotes on 3 or 4 different tires before picking one. Maybe 20 minutes of there time but they didn't get aggravated at me for being maybe just a bit overbearing. Actually told me I had done my homework on tire shopping. I like to deal with local establishments and I will continue to do business with this one. I was truly impressed. Thank You for being there for my needs and the community!

Awesome service, I had a slow leak and they had me in and fixed in 15 minutes. I have purchased multiple sets of tires here. Always good service and friendly employees. Thanks Steve Trusty for a great tire shop for our Community!

I've only began to go to Trusty's in the last few years, I would go to a couple of other shops only because they was closer to my house and their service was fine enough. But in the last few years their service has went downhill, so I began going to Trusty's as my regular tire place. I wish I would've been going here the whole time. Never a bad experience, they've even went the extra mile for me on some out of the ordinary situations. From 2 wheeled dollies to skidsteers and everything in between - they have fulfilled my needs every time.
