I sent my sixteen-year-old daughter to your shop for her first oil change. I told her to get a basic oil change, tire rotation, and filter changes (if necessary). She communicated this when she first arrived at your store. I received a call from her asking if we should pay for $170+ automatic fluid flush. I declined and reiterated to her and the service agent that we wanted a basic oil change, tire rotation, and fliter changes. I was surprised to see on her receipt an "oil system cleaner" and "air filter ordered". I called and spoke to Eric, the assistant manager. He informed me that the service agent told my daughter about the "oil system cleaner" and that she agreed to the service. This location is awesome! They are so friendly and HONEST. Plus, they do excellent work. They do so much more than just oil changes, too! We plan on taking all our vehicles here from now on for any service they can do. All of the guys there are super respectful and personable.

Very disappointing experience with this location. Had my oil changed on Dec 6th. During the service, I was informed that my oil filter cover on my skid plate was missing. Since this location replaced my oil the last time, the tech said they would order a replacement (for free) and call me when it came in. After not hearing from them I called the shop back on Jan 13th to get an update. The tech on the phone remembered me, but stated that his manager said they would not fix this because it was out of their warrantee. I asked him how I could have seen that it was either not replaced or installed improperly since my last oil change. I also asked him about their previous commitment to replace it. Their were no answers. One star. Not reliable and this shop does not stand by it's work

Highly recommended! The best! Excellent customer service from Harrison - everything explained, no up-selling, no pressure, instead an intelligent discussion of recommendations based on my vehicle and driving habits as opposed to pushing the "special of the day." Vehicle completed when promised and checking out was a breeze. Free car scent hanger and very friendly shop dog.

If I could give the Grease Monkey in Elizabeth, Colorado 10 stars, I definitely would! I spoke with Harrison about issues I was having with my vehicle. His customer service was above and beyond! Not only was the service to my vehicle prompt, It was honest and true. I felt as though the true concern to have maintenance done to my vehicle was to insure my safety. Harrison is awesome and caring and will do the right thing! He is very easy to talk to and gives off great vibes. Not to mention a hard worker! This Grease Monkey has earned my business for as long as he is there!
