Big O Tires

These guys are awesome, can’t ask for better service. Tyrel ordered in a set of tires for me and had them next day ready to install. Came in first thing in the morning and they had my truck in and out faster than expected. Best service I’ve gotten from a tire shop anywhere, and some of the best pricing around, will definitely be using Big O Elko for any tire needs from here on out.

Absolutely phenomenal and compassionate. We had a mechanical failure on the freeway trying to drive from Reno to Utah, and more then a dozen mechanics told us to wait 1-2 weeks for their availability. I fully understand that they are busy, but being strangers in a small town with no transportation is scary and complex. Johnny at Big O checked if he had the parts we needed before we even got towed, gave us a super accurate timeline, and was very comforting and helpful! Thank you!

Big O Tires Elko provides great service at a fair price, mounting a set of new tires on my truck, bought elsewhere. They had also repaired a flat on my old set, quickly and kindly, while I waited. Definitely recommend their team and planning to take our next tire needs to their door.

Big O has been great! They did my lift and recently my oil change and tire rotation. The price for everything was affordable and the service is outstanding! Highly recommend!

We needed spare tires for our snowmobile trailer on short notice. No tire stores in Elko had them in stock. BigO ordered the tires. We went and played in the Rubies for a couple of days and then came back to their shop and they got them on the trailer in 30 minutes. Wonderful service. Friendly people. I’d highly recommend this shop.
