Breaking down on the side of the road is always a bad experience, but this company manages to turn it into a pleasant one. Fantastic customer service and you can tell they take great pride in doing their work right and it shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves on the side of the road like I did. Great people, great company!

I don’t know about the whole company but I specifically would like to give a big thank you to the tow truck driver we had whose name was Dylan. He came and got us off the side of the road and home safely. I was just in a head on collision less than a month ago and ejected at 75mph so I’m not rlly okay with being in vehicles right now anyways and was pretty shaken up by the tire blowing to begin with. I couldn’t stop having flashbacks but he was very patient and seemed to really try to help keep me calm the whole drive. He got us back as fast as he possibly could and was very amazing all around even though I was not the nicest at first due to the whole situation but he didn’t deserve it cause it wasn’t his fault, yet still he was accommodating and did an amazing job. Scott and his crew are awesome! Our RV broke down and he came immediately and safely towed it to the dealership two hours away. His professionalism and experience are impressive. Highly recommend him!

My car (Mazda CX-5) broke down outside of Elko on Saturday. I called a few tow truck companies, while most had a 4+ hour wait, Durick dispatch said they’d be able to get to me in just over an hour. The driver arrived in 45 minutes and he ensured our safety to get into his truck while he loaded up the car. I unfortunately forget the tow truck driver’s name, but he was wonderful along with his daughter that tagged along for the ride! He was able to give us some suggestions on where to go to get my car fixed and places to stay while we waited. It was clear he was offering help and not telling us where to go. On the drive to Elko, he gave us some info and suggestions about the area since we’re from out of town—almost like a personal tour guide. All to say, Durick Towing was amazing to work wit
