It was a rough week for my car and a small rock chip I didn’t see spread into a wide crack that was making its way across my entire windshield. I was going out of town in a few days and the team at Safelite were able to fit me in and helped the entire process go smoothly. Brendan was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable and kept me informed of the process. Thanks to everyone here for their amazing job!

Safelite did an amazing job with the installation of my new windshield and customer service was wonderful. Small accommodations were made that you wouldn't expect an auto window replacement company to do. They definitely went above and beyond. We will return!

I’ve been a loyal Safelite (formerly Elko Glass) customer since 2020, bringing multiple of my work trucks and personal vehicles here specifically to support a local business. Unfortunately, today will be the last time I do so. I was quoted $75 for a simple rock chip repair—even though the original windshield was purchased through Safelite back when Rick and Erica were still running things and honoring their promises. It’s clear the shift to a large corporate model has taken priority over supporting our community. Services that were once guaranteed with a new windshield purchase are no longer honored, and the focus now feels like squeezing every dollar out of local customers. made an appointment went day before got all setup to do replacement dropped off my truck 6am went back at noon was today they could not do replacement because I put silicone on my seal witch contact cleaner removes it two desk jockies cross contamination was the reason and I needed to take it to a body shop??????? they replacement glass . come to find out they could get the windshield on Saturday so they made up this bulletin claim . worst company ever , guess that's why they lost there original buness

Awesome Experience! I made my appointment through my insurance company which was an easy first step. The Safelite in Elko notified me by texting me reminders and updates from start to finish! Everyone working at Safelite was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend using their services!! We will again. They also provided answers to our questions and made recommendations that made sense. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. 🥰
