I have been coming to Big O in Gillette for years and they have always treated me with respect and care. Their customer service is amazing and their work is solid. I think their prices are fair and their turn around time is exceptional. We went in at 7am this morning with a leak in our tire before hitting the road to go to an out of town doctors appointment, and they had us back on the road in no time! Excellent staff and a great business!

Overall, it was a good experience with fast service. I did have to wait on my tires to come in but that wasn’t a big deal. I was a little surprised they didn’t have 80.00 rebate information ready and I had to ask for it.

Had a leaking tire about halfway through a 14 hour drive. They squeezed us in right before closing and were absolutely amazing! The work was done quickly so I was able to get back out on the road and to my destination on time, and they were extremely friendly. While I dont live in the area, I highly recommend. Side note: they were perfectly fine letting us bring our cats inside while they worked on the vehicle. I would've been fine waiting with them outside, but I appreciated being able to bring them into AC.

Giving a 5-star. Had been losing air in one of my tires and I thought a simple plug could fix it. Ended up being a small crack in one of my wheels. Was in the market for a new set of wheels anyways luckily. Ryan helped me go through that process and finding some that I could have put on within a few weeks so I could get off my spare. He gave me a quote for what I wanted done and was very transparent and everything and gave me a deal on one of the items or labor. Today I had everything done and it went quicker than I’d imagine. He was spot on on the time needed for labor and I ended up paying what I was quoted weeks ago. Was pretty lucky to have it done within a week of having parts delivered and appreciated the guys at the shop for doing it. I definitely recommend going here if you want go
