Big O Tires

I was on my way to Indy from Bloomington and found a screw in my tire. Stopped in and they patched it immediately for FREE! I have never had any store give free service, yet alone when I had never done business with them previously. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for your service especially if you live in the Greenwood area. They were phenomenal!!

I am only leaving a star so that I can type in this box have a 2011 GMC Arcadia took it up to big old tires in May to have the air conditioning worked on along with a couple other things when picking up the car, they told me everything that they couldn’t do but my bill was still 700. Although I did not understand why I paid the bill took the vehicle and left fast-forward to a couple days later the air conditioner went back out, called back up there. They couldn’t get my vehicle in because they were “” having in-house problems and did not have enough people. I then took my vehicle to Midas on 135 when they told me everything that needed to be done. I re-looked at the bill that I got from BIG O Tires and it was everything that they said that they had previously done spoke to Midas about This

Called quite a few tire stores and Big O Tires were the only store that would work with me on my budget. They had tires made by Big O Tires that were a match for my vehicle. The Big O Tires I have are made by Toyo and are a smoother ride than my set of wranglers I replaced. Very happy with the service I recieved from Jake. I will be telling others and will be back for more tires for my other vehicles. Great tires installed and front end alignment at a great price. Thanks Big O Tires!

Big O was very good to me. The work was done in a timely manner and Mark was very efficient. I felt cared for and I am happy with my experience. I Purchased new tires and a basic front end alignment

Great experience. They were extremely thorough with their inspection and even cared enough to call and let me know more things needed fixed. They also cut me a deal since the extra service was unexpected.
