Milex Complete Auto Care - Mr. Transmission

I have to say that the employees at Milex are very kind and demonstrate great customer engagement. For that I am leaving 5 stars, because I don't feel a negative rating is necessary. That being said, I was disappointed with my service on my Subaru Forester. I was quoted up to 1.5 hours for a front end alignment. They took over 4 hours!! This was never acknowledged or mentioned when I was finally informed the car was ready. That kinda messed up my day. Oh well. I mentioned the car had a rattle noise that I suspected might be related to the new subframe or suspension components, and a faint wobble over 70mph. I asked them to double check the newly installed control arm top bushing nuts (very large, 22mm or so) since I did not torque them. I was assured they would do a thorough shake down u

We’ve brought cars anywhere from a 2005 Lesabre to a 2021 Sonata to Milex for a wide range of services. We always get fast, friendly and very communicative service each time. After shopping around Greenwood for mechanics since 2024, Milex has consistently proven to be the best. Reasonable prices as well, not the lowest you’ll ever find but certainly not the highest. Beyond worth it for the help we get.

Service at Milex is always a quick in and out. I appreciate the very detailed breakdowns on estimated repairs and insights to future repairs to keep in line of sight. We recently bought a used vehicle and for peace of mind had a pre buy inspection. Milex was great support in informed decision making in the process.

Honest company. Got me back within a day of the time frame estimated. Cost was much lower than the estimate. I highly recommend them . Very satisfied customer

Brian is a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything well. He doesn’t pressure you into repairs that aren’t needed. Will be going back for future oil changes and repairs.
