Caliber Collision

Caliber collision did AMAZING on repairing my car! I was rear ended and my trunk doors were smashed in. They repaired my old doors and they look brand new! They messaged me every few days with updates on my car to keep me in the loop. I went through the other drivers insurance and didn’t have a problem at all, everything was easy and smooth! I’m very very happy with the way my car turned out! Here are some before and after photos!

Been going here more often due to the text and drivers. I go to the Greenwood shop. John does an amazing job and the front desk girls act professional ; not flirty like at other places and I like the way they keep you updated on your vehicle thru text messages. Caliber always does a terrific job on my vehicles.

My grandson recommended Caliber Collision. It was a wonderful experience. They were quick and kept me informed of the process. You will not be disappointed. My SUV looks as good as new!

I have returned my 2023 Hyundai Palisade 4 times for a piece of rear trim that keeps coming unsecured. It continues to fail and now they have been blowing me off and not honoring their warranty. I have been there in person and was told that they would check for parts and never got back to me. I have called to follow up and got the same story. It has now been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. Poor repair and poor customer service.

Caliber Collision on US135 has great service and communication. They sent text message updates through out the process and their phone communication was great. I will definitely use them again and recommend them when I can.
