My second trip for the alignment to get done on my jeep since Rolla did not have time yesterday, they did it here at the Jefferson City location. The service was great Mitchell the service advisor was awesome I also bought a pair of awesome wiper blades at a great price. Definitely highly recommend this location for prompt service and courtesy.

Great service so far, very friendly people, hard workers who wont screw you over. They value their customers and that is a rare thing in my experience. I get better customer service here than any place I have been besides breaking on missouri Blvd.

TERRIBLE experience. We had an appointment for an ID/OD and we’re told it would only take 10 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes early because the timing was very important. When I got there I told the service advisor all about the situation and how time sensitive it was. The service advisor left for the day and a new one showed up there. When it was time for our appointment I went to the front desk and was told it would take another 30 minutes before they started, and an additional 30 minutes from that point. I explained that we had an appointment, and that he said it wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. He told me that by the book it had to take a minimum of 10 minutes which is NOT TRUE. I know for a fact that the inspection manual does not require a set amount of time for an IDOD AND ONLY HA

We had an emergency, a caliper on our f250 rear exploded. We were traveling thru and the guys at the shop got us right in and fixed us up. We appreciate the great job they did to get us safely back on the road.

I cannot say enough good things about this business and its team. I was traveling through Jefferson City and had brake trouble as in no brakes I was able to get my truck to Big O where Sage immediately jumped right in to help me. This was a busy Saturday morning and he got me right in. His technician Cody immediately checked it out and they advised parts needed to be ordered. Sage then assisted with me contacting Enterprise for a rental and even had another team member drive me there, Colin I believe was his name. This team was so helpful in my time of need and had my truck completed the next business day. They accommodated me with every request, Mitchell helped with my after hours pick up. Just an amazing, kind , professional and helpful group of people. My highest compliments to them all
