Big O Tires

I’m extremely impressed with my experience! I came in for four new tires and a possible alignment, and they went above and beyond. They did a thorough inspection of my car, found a couple additional issues, and clearly explained everything to me without any pressure. I let them know I only came in with enough in my budget for the tires and possibly the alignment, and they worked with me, not against me. They were incredibly accommodating and helped me prioritize what actually needed to be done so I could get everything I needed within my budget. On top of that, they took the time to offer helpful tips for future maintenance I plan to do myself, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. 100/10 would recommend. I’ll absolutely be back!

They were very professional and very nice. They took care of me and fixed the problem that another tire company messed up. They explained what happened and what caused my issues and they fixed it with in a timely manner and did there absolute best. I will be definitely coming back to there guys for my tires from here on out and I highly recommend these guys for there work and for the customers service 10/10

Michael is very informative and good about keeping contact with us, especially with the unfortunate situation they had going on with a technician that was to work on my spouses truck later today after my oil change was completed on my SUV. Always appreciate them!

Came in a couple weeks ago for what I thought was a quick oil change and it turned into a bit more — but Michael was super helpful and patient the whole time. He explained everything clearly and made sure to tell me what should be done first. He never pressured me and walked me through everything wrong with my car. Really appreciated his kindness and professionalism!

I won't go to any other place to get my vehicles serviced. Michael is a heck of a guy and all of the mechanics there as well, they really explain things thoroughly as well. They offer a financing option also if you can't afford everything all at once.
