I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Main Street Auto. I had my eye on this beautiful 6.6 Gasser 2500 Silverado LTZ Z71. As soon as I saw it had moved from their Minnesota store to the Mason City location, I bolted up there from Cedar Rapids. I drove the truck, and while I had a couple concerns, they said if I really liked it they'd get it looked at right away. I told them I loved it, and while I ran to check out some other trucks at the Minnesota store they fixed one of the issues, the other seemed to have disappeared. While in Minnesota I got to meet the owner Garrett who was kind and very down to earth. After everything paled in comparison to that truck in Mason City, I went back, test drove it, and it now seemed fine. I worked a reasonable deal with Cole, the sales man

Both Sam and Cole were wonderful to work with. They were incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed with every step. I never felt pressured, just supported. Main Street Auto is by far the best car dealership I have ever experienced. They took me seriously, answered all my questions, were very respectful and polite, available anytime I called them, and just overall the best. I will definitely keep buying vehicles from them and tell anyone to buy their vehicles from Main Street Auto. They have locations in Albert Lea and Mason City.
