A late review ! I was stuck in a blizzard the weekend after Xmas! This was the best experience with this company! Came and picked keys up from me when I was at hotel. Got my car out the ditch. Wouldn't start so they took it to there shop and charged it and warmed it up. Then dropped the car off to me at the hotel! This place is amazing! Great customer service and solid people!

My fiancé locked her keys in her car in Mason city not being from the area. So she called around and Katz Tow was the quickest to come to her location. She said Paul was fast getting there and very friendly. He had the door unlocked in seconds and her on her way. I Highly recommend these guys if your in need of anything. Paul is amazing!!! (i’m pretty certain that was his name) i locked my keys in my TRUNK at walmart, so i called him & asked if he could break into my car and he was to me within MINUTES. he was so kind & got me into my car & even googled how to get into my trunk from the inside and seriously saved my life today. huge shoutout to this company & the awesome people they have. thank you guys!!!

5 minutes, Paul came right away, unlocked car. Wonderful experience! Great job, really professional. Highly recommend.
