Big O Tires

Highly recommend. We were traveling in our RV and after one flat and delamination threatening our other front tire, we decided to get all 6 tires replaced. Called the day before and explained our predicament. Tony went above and beyond to have our tires delivered the next day and put us in their busy schedule so we could get back on the road. The techs were fast and courteous. Bobby was great. Didn't catch the other tech but hats off to all these guys for working with me. Thank you again!

Absolutely garbage service. Purchased 2 new tires (purchased other 2 a week before at another location) and they were completely bald within 19k miles with a 50k warranty. We will start off by me noticing they put “33” on my odometer reading on the purchase so tracking a warranty claim would be impossible. Luckily I had the other 2 done the week before and it had an accurate reading. Their excuse was “they fat fingered it” yet they didn’t put anything even close since the vehicle had 150k miles. I show up with the vehicle and then they start going on that it isnt covered because it appears “over inflated.” I explained that that would be nearly impossible because the minute the light comes on on the dash I put air in. I look at the door sticker, the gas stations all have the built in gaug

We had a flat tire on the highway during our drive from Zion National Park to Death Valley and headed to Big O Tires. The tire service helped us out quickly and without any hassle. The tire was patched within 15 minutes, and the price was great as well. Thank you for the excellent service!

I've worked on vehicles my entire life and as a woman and Geologist I'm very picky about who touches my vehicles because I can't have issues in the field. This place continues to be one of the only places I'll recommend and go to. Upfront, honest no BS, and efficient. Also all the techs are happy and enjoy working there so management is doing something that's rare in a shop anymore.

I have been coming to this shop for years. I love this place. As a female, who comes here alone a lot, I have to say that I never feel pressured or tricked into anything here!! IYKYK The staff communicates clearly with me and listen to my tiny bit of knowledge on my truck with respect. They halp me keep my old truck running smoothly and the wait times here are never crazy.
