Andy and Aymee helped my mom and I with her tail light. They both took the time to look up the information. Andy came out to look at the light and helped us test which bulb needed replacement. He also came out with tools and changed it for us. We had get on the road for a 6 hour drive, so we were very thankful for that. We will be shopping here for our auto needs from now on. Thank you Aymee (I think thats how she spelled it on her name tag) and Andy for your awesome customer service and for going the extra mile when you didn't have to.

Had an incredible experience. James helped me fix an issue with my car that would have stranded my small family for Christmas. He was happy to help, and got my issue fixed in less than 10 minutes when all the other shops turned me down.

Stopped off at O’Reilly’s for a battery check. The manager came out, checked the battery and determined I needed a new one. She looked up their price for an AGM battery which was recommended. I was a bit shocked by the price so the manger did a price match with Walmart, saving me 35%. Then they installed the battery! Great customer service and support.

On our way to Disneyland when the engine light started to flash. We stopped at this store. Let’s just say this store and a manager in particular went way above and beyond to get us back on the road. Wish I would have got his name, but knows who he is. My family and I thank you. Our family needed this trip and you made it happen. 🙏
