Wais and Criselda have been great. Wais has been professional since I made the appointment. Big O did my major service and they did a great job. They found out I needed new tires and it looked bad. They took care of it right away. Would recommend Wais or Criselda if you need service done to your vehicle

Highly recommended—very professional and kind service! Special mention to mechanic Bryan and store manager Wais. On a rainy Sunday around 4:15 pm, my tire blew out on Highway 880. After putting on the spare, I started calling around frantically because most tire shops close at 5 p.m., and I still had 50–60 miles to drive (to Berkeley). I reached Big O Tires in Milpitas close to 4:45 pm with only about 10–15 minutes before closing. Despite it being so close to closing time, they serviced my car without hesitation. George and Brian, Manny — and the customer service rep Crystal. All worked together to get me and my girlfriend safely back to Santa Cruz California for thanksgiving. My tires were at the absolute brink of catastrophe and this team worked with ALL means necessary to get the sophisticated lock nuts off the car, replace 2 studs and get me new tires AFTER hours. They did a great job and honestly this is the service many companies and businesses should strive to have. It’s hard to find people who are this dedicated to a craft in this industry. The ford dealership would’ve charged$1,700 for the same service I had prepared at Big O at $670.

I came in early in the morning to get my tire repaired as there’s a nail in it. Unfortunately it was not repairable and I had to replace the tire. Their price was good as I just had replaced a different tire earlier in the week. Quick service and good price. I was able to get in and out of the shop within the hour. Will recommend the shop.
