I had a great experience at Big O Tires in Morgan Hill. The whole team was professional, honest, and efficient, but I especially want to give a shoutout to Benny, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I felt confident in the work being done. Benny was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about providing great customer service. The service was quick, fairly priced, and I never felt pressured or upsold. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can really trust, and this location definitely earned mine. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this Big O Tires to friends and family.

Benny runs a solid shop at Big O Tires. Honest pricing, clear communication, and no upselling. My service was done on time and exactly as promised. It’s refreshing to find a place you can trust with your car.

Passing through Morgan Hill on our way to the Bay Area and we got a flat tire. Once the spare (donut) was on, we drove straight to the local Big O to get it repaired or replaced. They gave us a timeline of 1-1.5 hours. We returned after an hour, just in case they were done and we could at last get on our way. Not only had noone looked at it yet, but noone seemed to know anything about it!. It’s now after 3pm on a Friday afternoon and we have to find another shop that can help us. Wasted an hour for nothing. Will never go to a Big O again.
