Big O Tires

Brian, Brandon and whole crew are awesome! I have always taken my Fleet vehicles here and had great service. After a long time competitor Local shop near my house was bought out multiple times I decided to take our personal vehicles to this locally owned shop. Even though it's a longer drive it was well worth it! Not only did Big O crew find and fix an issue that I had asked 2 other shops to fix that couldn't figure out the problem, they also gave me great pricing and service on a few other items including tires, oil change, shocks, alignment and brakes. Highly recommend going here! You won't be disappointed! They back up their work, warranty and quality with excellent customer service!

Great place to take a fleet vehicle! Was approved for new tires in about 10 minutes, and they had me rolling again with brand new tires and an oil change within a few hours. Friendly, helpful staff who made everything quick and easy. Thanks, Big O Tires South Ogden!

I got new tires at this store a couple months ago and since I left the shop, my TPMS sensor has been coming on while driving. I’ve gone back there a few times since to address it and they said each time they would take a look at it or reset it, but it still did it. Today, I went in to get my tires rotated and when I left, not only did the TPMS sensor come on again, but some new ones this time too. “Adaptive cruise control system problem”, “Lane keeping assist system problem”, and “road departure mitigation system problem” all starting beeping and flashing when I got on the freeway. I went to another Big O location in Ogden to see if someone could actually help me figure out what’s going on. I was convinced I had a tie rod or upper control arm failing. Big O had previously replaced the forelinks and control arms about a year ago and in the last few weeks I had developed a clunking noise from the left front. Tesla suspensions are notoriously weak and in my estimation should be recalled, but given the noise level and miles on the vehicle, it would have been easy for them to soak me to replace the remaining parts I didn’t replace last year. They didn’t, it was improperly torqued bolts from the last time Tesla did an alignment and I got the car back feeling tight and quiet and they didn’t charge me a cent! Thank you for choosing to be an honest shop when there are so many that wouldn’t.
