Big O Tires

Fabulous choice! We're not from AZ. After 2 month road trip of 5000k miles, needed Diesel Oil Change, Synthetic, 8 quarts & in/out under an hour. $90. Nice peeps. Insisted we didn't need a airfilter. Honest. Rare. Great place!

Took my old 350 1-ton in for new tires, and a new spare. They did me right, even with some tricky old show-rims. No greasy hand prints on the steering wheel, no boot marks on the new carpet. Got my truck back just as it came in with some serious new meats on it. The shop: the whole Team has matching uniforms- professional is as professional looks in my book. The waiting areas and showroom are clean, nicely furnished with all matching, super comfy chairs (no milk crates or ratty car seats like some other places lol), they have complimentary pop-corn, coffee and bottled water in a fridge, 2-TV's and the restroom was clean. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE HILLBILLIES! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR NICE VEHICLES. I have lived in this town my entire life. For 30+ years my family has always used Big-O and even my mechanic uses them for alignments. We took our 2020 special edition vehicle in for a simple rotation and to get new tired quoted. We paid them $2,500 for oversized premium tires 2 years prior. When we got our car back the steering wheel had been marred by something and the leather was shredded. I texted photos of damage to manager and they reviewed security tapes and claimed nothing happened. I took the issue to their customer service center where I had to make follow-up calls (2-24 w/ Becky and 3-12 w/ Itzel) over several weeks and still never received ANYTHING!! Super friendly people great price, I brought my own tires. The only issue I had was the employee that was doing my tires had 2 lug nuts that were messed up and didn't say anything to anyone, I had to bring it up to the manager. Then instead of just saying hey sorry let's put a couple lug nuts on there they charged me for them after it was their negligence, bad business on their behalf in my opinion.
