I brought my truck at horn in globe. I've had nothing but warranty issues for a year. The old, the electric electric car can drive up to 200 km on a full charge. GM took care of me gave me a drive when I needed warranty. The new GM told me if there's a problem. Take a picture of it on the phone And he would not give me a car to drive while it was in repair. I will never go to that dealer again. Chapman, you totally inspired me of the service. You did of washing my truck and explaining everything in detail. Do you have my business? What can I say. I am 76 and a 100% disabled veteran and this place was wonderful. I just moved here a few months ago and never have I experienced such nice welcome. Riley Albert and Jesse Lloyd were wonderful. TheI gave me a very good deal on my truck and I am happy for sure. You young women need to come here I guarantee you will fall in love with Jesse. Just out of high school and a great heart. Riley is a wonderful man also who helped me a lot. They even follow up on the sale. Amazing experience! Our salesman, Wilson was friendly, helpful and honest. (Ask for him!) The sales process was simple and one of the best we've experienced. After purchase of our Grand Cherokee, we had to go in for service. The service was amazing. Everything fixed and looked great. They even washed the car and it looked fabulous. Couldn't ask for a better experience especially in our small town. A++!

I took my truck to Chapman to get looked at. They charged me way too much just to re set my software on my truck. When my truck went in to be looked at for the air suspension. They told me it was fixed cause they drove it 12 miles. When that has nothing to do with why my air suspension doesn’t work. Then i call back 4 times after they gave me my truck back to ask them to look at my truck again. They haven’t called me back or reached out. I’ve talked to someone new every time and they have the helped. They just say the guy who worked on my truck is the only person that can help me. Super frustrating when you i paid $220 just for them to not fix it and never contact me back.
