Firestone is great! Jason and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and experienced. I have a fleet of vehicles from my business, but whether it’s personal or business, this is the place to go to. They are fast but thorough. I trust this place. We had an unexpected front axle malfunction. Brandon at Firestone was not only able to get us in with no notice, but he was able to accommodate an incredibly large job the same day and get us back on the road by closing time! It was an amazing experience.

I am ecstatic about the work done to my car last week. It is a 23 year old vehicle that had not been regularly maintained and required a lot of maintenance. The mechanics at Firestone here were fantastic. They accomplished a tremendous amount in a brief period of time. Not only did they replace and repair the obvious issues I knew about, they also went over every inch of the vehicle to make sure it is safe, changed all the fluids, and even fixed a hood-release issue that I had worried was potentially hazardous--and they fixed that without charging me for it. I couldn't be happier and there is no place else I would take my vehicle after this experience. And I'm really grateful to everyone at that service center.

We had an emergency coming from camping east of Payson. Not only were they open on Sunday, but they got our tire fixed quick (we replaced it). Me walk down to the corner store just south of there and when we came back it was done. They also made sure to fill it up a little bit more due to the extra weight of our camping supplies. They were very friendly and helpful and we appreciate that we are able to get back on the road to home. We would recommend this place too anyone.
