Big O Tires

After getting new tires I noticed some scuff on the rims. Not horrible...but there. I went back and brought it to to their attention, almost expecting some push back and problems. That however was not what happened. Sam and a manager (Taylor I think) watched the cameras and looked into what could have happened. Although they weren't sure exactly how it happened, they were still wanting to make it right. Sam did a great job in making sure the work got done and they really did make it right. My rims are looking absolutely amazing, but more importantly (to me), I was taken seriously and didn't have to argue or escalate the issue at all. I'm very impressed with how everything was kindly handled and I would still go back for work on my vehicles again.

I really can't recommend them enough. They are a bit out of my way in the valley but I will always go to them because they are good at what they do and they CARE! They are always willing to fit you in. They are efficient and fast, but they absolutely do not skimp on quality. The guys in the front are great, especially Sam. He treated me with respect and sat down and explained the problem they found and the options for fixing it. He didn't talk down to me or make any assumptions on my knowledge. He wanted to make sure we were on the same page. I appreciate this because as a woman many car repair places treat me as though I don't know anything. Not here though. I had a screw in my tread, the air was leaving my tire fast and I was stressing. It was also a rainy day and they were very busy. They were more than happy to accommodate me. They got me in immediately! They were extremely friendly and super fast. I had the best experience! Thank you all so much for helping me and especially for being so kind! Jarrett, Braden and the front desk service were amazing!

Excellent service and great customer service. They take their time to make sure that the customer is 100% satisfied with the work they had done. All around a great team whose number one priority is customer satisfaction I will be returning with every tire related purchase in the future.

We brought my car in for an oil change and my husband waited in the lobby until it was done. After paying and leaving, he noticed that the front end of the car had been hit. When he went back to ask if they had cameras, an employee saw him and said, “Oh yeah, I need to talk to you.” Turns out, they had hit my car during the process and hadn’t mentioned it before he paid and left. To their credit, they did pay for the repairs, but it was disappointing that we had to discover the damage ourselves and bring it to their attention. Mistakes happen, but being transparent with customers is important.
