Update: I took my truck back in to show them the rag and the broken plastics and told them about the truck’s new vibrating noise. They documented it and told me they would call me back that day. I waited five or six days and they never called me back. I then called them on Monday to let them know they never called me back and to remind them of how they returned my truck to me. I told them I couldn’t get the truck in until Wednesday, their exact words, “we’ll just drop it off when you can”. I haven’t been able to get my truck over there and it’s Friday. I started my truck and noticed the heat wasn’t working. Then I noticed smoke coming from under my hood. I popped it and wouldn’t you know the exact same thing happened. They worked on the wrong car! Complete lack of professionalism and basic competency. We brought our F150 to this shop to address several mechanical problems, expecting standard professional service. Instead, we were left without our vehicle for over two weeks, dealing with broken promises and a major mistake that showed a complete lack of basic professionalism. Tanner the customer service rep is great! Really appreciate him standing behind the work and definitely someone I would trust with my vehicle. He went out of his way to help out with a warrantied piece item put on my vehicle and has helped us deal a 3rd party company we purchased coverage from. Master Mechanic may make mistakes just like any other shop, but their management is where they shine the most for me. They are responsible and honest and have been a great help when navigating a difficult issue that came up with my vehicle.

These guys do great work for a good price too! I brought my old truck in for a bunch of different repairs and Kevin kept me up to date on everything that was happening to the vehicle and did not give me one ounce of run-a-round. Kevin was very straight forward and told you what it is. Which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend their services to any and everyone and will definitely go back for any future problems!
