Came in for a nail in my tire and they were busy, but got me in and out super quick. Didn’t charge me anything even though I haven’t purchased tires from this location before. Great staff. Free water and snacks. This is what you want from your local tire store. I’ll be back.

Extremely pleased with my experience. I walked in the front door and was greeted by a young man who turned out to be the store manager. He took about five minutes to walk me through the best options for new wheels and tires, answered all of my questions, and never once applied any pressure. I appreciated the straightforward and honest approach so much that I came back the next morning and finalized the purchase. The entire process was easy, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for wheels and tires.

Went in to get tires done on my car, when they were finished they let me know that my lower control arm and ball joints were bad and needed to be replaced. I came in a week later to get it done on new years and they rushed it so fast they only replaced the lower control arm but NOT the ball joints and sent me out on my way. I noticed some noise still so looked underneath the car to check. And found that they had only done half the job. So I called them back up and let them know they didn’t finish the job. To which they confidently told me they were sure they did and to bring the car back and they would put it on the lift and show me what they had done, so I was getting ready to head back when I got a return call telling me they checked their parts bucket and realized they hadn’t removed m

Jared was great to work with. We were able to get in and out in the afternoon making out very convenient to get the work done. They had to cut out a piece of the steering due to rust and reasonably replaced it as the same time. Would recommend the Providence store any time

Great experience, very flexible to my schedule and needs and assisted me with making the best choice for my car, climate, and driving habits. With the warranties and assistance promised for rotations and issues that may pop up I’ll definitely be returning for all my tire needs! Their deals are no joke too!
