Big O Tires

Nacho is one of the best tire techs/ managers I’ve ever worked with. He was able to help me get a warranty on a tire that blew out after a small crack was missed by another Big O Tires in Millcreek. He was quick with the problem solving and solution, along with doing excellent work on my vehicle. Nothing but great things to say about this Big O Tires management, employees, and service. I’ve also got to shout out Jeri for her excellent service and customer care. She helped get me back on the road the same day I brought in my fixed, previously-cracked wheel and I’m extremely impressed by this shop’s ability to prioritize their customers. 10/10 would recommend this location to family and friends. 10/10 service quality, timeliness, and pricing.

I initially thought this place did a very good job, I had all 4 tires replaced, my rear breaks replaced, my alignment fixed, and an oil change. My opinion changed however when my front skid plate started dragging while driving soon thereafter and almost completely fell out. They did not even secure it after I had spent over 2300 dollars. This has never happened before and I have owned this car for nearly 10 years now. I do not recommend this particular location.

Nacho was very friendly, prompt and efficient at the front desk! Additionally he speaks Spanish and can help you with your requirements. My tire repair was quick.

Very happy with this place! They had the most affordable tires I could find. Great customer service. Nacho helped me over the phone and another gentleman when I came into store, both very nice and helpful. Tire and oil change in right under an hour with no appointment. I will definitely be returning. Thanks guys!
