They went above and beyond to help me. I was having blinker issuesand they helped me make sure it was up and running. Most places would have charged me. Not many places I feel are as honest. They treated me like they were happy to help me and not a burden. I hardly ever take time to leave reviews. But I feel they deserve my time and effort. Just like they gave theirs to me. I highly recommend.

*Update Below* Let me start by saying the two gentlemen I spoke to directly were very kind and professional, and in their defense for what I’m about to describe, it was near the end of a very hot day. I’m not sure what happened but I was there for over an hour even though my car was pulled into the bay after only about five or 10 minutes. After some time had passed, I proceeded to walk towards my car to get an update on the progress to see why it was taking so long. I was surprised to hear tools being thrown in loud cursing and shouting that sounded like a couple guys were about to fight. All these loud noises and voices continued while I managed to capture on my phone video recording of the technician saying, and I quote “I’m not talking to this guy [me] because if I do, I’m going to yel

This is what we get “under new management “?? I know it’s difficult to get to the in cabin air filter of our 2016 suburban, they showed me and it was dirty but I knew I could do it myself so I declined to have them replace it for me. Today I found this when I went to replace the air filter. I also found a bolt falling out of the engine air filter cover because they didn’t put it back in, which I had called and let the manager know and I received a quick sorry bout that. Just beware, I think most people don’t look at this stuff so they get away with a lot. I had problems with the air filter they DID replace on our previous vehicle too.

These guys were great, I was in and out within 30 minutes and I was happy to get a discount which now in days it helps with this economy! Definitely recommend they are professional and kind. I will definitely be returning with my other vehicle.

Great service. I very impressed with their service. I will go back. They went above and beyond just changing my oil. Clean my windows and checked much more. You must go to Jiffy Lube to experience what excellent service really is.
