Big O Tires

I had a great experience with this location, after not having great ones with other locations across the US. I called last-minute while on a roadtrip, expecting to have to make an appointment and halt my trip for awhile to get my car looked at. The man who answered told me to come right in when I got to town and they could fit me in. I got there and the guy who checked out my car was so nice and efficient. He checked out my tires, topped off the liquids, and sent me safely to continue my trip, at no charge. Thanks so much for great service!

Being in my neighborhood, I've gone here twice now. First time was for complete tire replacement due to wear, alignment, fluid top-offs, oil, filter, and both air filters. Second was a dead battery. Big O is the best, the guys always get it fixed quickly, and more often than not, go that extra mile to ensure that I walk away knowing it was done right. Being about five blocks away, I will continue to frequent many years to come. Thank you, you have a customer for life.

Took us in right away without an appointment. Fixed our tire right away, and they didn’t charge a fee. A great bunch of guys. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend this shop.
