Big O Tires

The crew here are great. I had my Jeep Cherokee in this morning for a full multi point inspection concerning the rear brakes with a noise that comes every now and then. The appointment booking process online was a breeze, when I came in there were super busy but I was able to get checked in, and they immediately got to my car and get it inspected. During the inspection process they have a nice lounge with free cold water. After they inspected my jeep it just turned out I needed a brake flush but everything else checked out fine. Not once did they try to "Upsell" me on a bunch of unnecessary things. Their MPI (Multi Point Inspection) is very comprehensive. I have a 1998 Ford ranger that decided 2025 was the year it needed work. I have spent a lot of time and money because things just keep wearing out. The last thing fixed was the rack and pinion. After it was replaced I noticed the steering wheel was not right so asked the mechanic about it. He said it needed a wheel alignment and recommended Big O tire. It was really easy to make the appointment, even had to reschedule once. Their hours are great!!!! Anyway, I came in to have the wheels aligned, tires rotated and aired up. I called about getting a tire fixed because the online stock only showed 1 tire for my car and it was outside my budget. Talking to them at our local location, the service tech was able to get not only a tire within the budget but also set a early appointment for a quick fix. This was a plus for me because I didn't want to set for a long time with my 2 little grandsons running around. The tech was very attentive to what I was looking for and they were prepared for my when I came in the next morning. Very nice in and out service. They take the time to listen to your vehicle concerns or questions before making any recommendations. The tire technicians here are also exceptional. I’ve had to get my tires rebalanced multiple times at other shops to stop them from shaking. However, when I visited Big O in Rolla, for the first time ever, my tires were rotated and balanced perfectly. Big O Tire is a fantastic place, everyone I have spoken to is friendly and helpful. I had a flat tire and they fixed it for me, put it back on and when I asked how much, I was told no charge. Now tell me, how often to do you hear that?
