Big O Tires

This shop is great! They care about customers, not just money. I had a tire needing plugged and a couple other things. They worked diligently to get it handled. When the service was complete, I went to the service advisor to pay and he told me that they were taking care of me today and he thanked me for my service. I was blown away and still get chills thinking about it. They have a customer for life with me.

So friendly, professional and easy!! Loved my experience here. Will definitely be back. Also, loved the roses that were given out in Valentine’s Day to customers. It was so thoughtful and that’s another reason why I’ll continue my business here.

My son had one flat tire and one very low, just before a huge snow storm, so they needed to be fixed soon. The tires were new, but not from Big O, and the company he got them from couldn’t fit him in for repairs. I called Big O and they worked it in and fixed both tires and checked the others very quickly. I will be going back to get tires on my car and cannot say enough nice things about their work and customer service.

I love the people at Sellersburg Big O Tires. They are professional, respectful, attentive. They don't Ignore you when you walk in, they acknowledge you and if they can't wait on you right at that moment as they are with another customer, they still acknowledge you. Couldn't ask for better service!

The service was great. Everyone was friendly & I got everything done that needed to be . Wish I knew everyone name. Cory & Dallas are 2 of them. But I didn’t catch the names of the guy that was doing the work I appreciate them all
