Absolutely amazing! My alternator went out on my car (I think) and coasted to a stop. I called them crying (I just got off work) and they came and got me and my car and made sure I was ok and made it home safely!!

Everybody hates to get there car towed but it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would and she doesn't charge daily for weekends. She met me at the lot so I could get an item from my car and was very nice.

Suburban is tried and true towing company. If you have larger trucks, you can't find a more reliable tow company. An employee called another company because he was new and didn't know. He called me after 3 hours, broke down (Turbo issue), and said the tow company he called came with a wrecker too small. I immediately contacted Suburban, who responded in less than 30 minutes. That's true service.

The owner and office staff were extremely rude. It was very hard to meet up to pick up our vehicle. In fact, it took an extra day and of course, they charged for the extra day. The only good thing was that the man that we met to get our vehicle was friendly.

Suburban towed our car and long story short, our bumper and auto breaking system was ‘removed’. Now we have to search and hope to find a replacement. That’s terrible to ‘misplace’ something that doesn’t belong to you. Wouldn’t say I’d ever use them again.
