Give them props for honoring other computers coupons. They do offer 25% off for military discount, but only applies to a neutral cost. Anything additional of your oil change they do not give to which is kind of strange. Most times it’s 25% off everything. I added a picture to show that it shows 25% off because I asked them which coupon would be better $25 off or 25% in my original bill was for 135 and with 25% off that would’ve saved roughly a little more than $25 off. The greeter said he don’t know about the system and he just put numbers in so I was gonna move my four cars here, but I think I will have to stick with my current place even though it is slower takes more time. Went in to get my oil changed today at the Sellersburg, indiana location and was over charged! My husband got the oil changed in one of our other cars last week as well. He was charged correctly. Im going to assume that this happened because I was a female! The receipt actually said charge for the removal and replacement of my oil filter. That is part of the $95.00 oil change, right!? My husband was not charged that when he went! The assistant manager thought he made it right by giving me two $25.00 off next time coupons. I can get that online any day of the week. We have 5 cars that we were going to be taking there. That's not going to happen now! The guy never explained any extra charges for anything. He tries his absolute very best to give the best customer service and it’s always a nice feeling leaving a business feeling seen, heard and taken care of!
