Big O Tires

Honest, reliable and will take time out just to check and fill your tires. Treat you with respect, and if they say they can fix it they will. They replaced a cv joint and balanced and alightment of tires. Fix flats from tires you purchased there for free, and balance and rotate free. You pay for alignment.

For the most part the owner is very kind and I appreciate that. BUT with that said I take very good care of my Bronco. It’s in the garage when I’m not driving it. I took it to Big O for an oil change and got it back full of mud on the back of the mirrors the side steps the front I mean I cried when I got home. Before I even left I told one of the workers and he shrugged it off and said we have a mud hole in the back

We were in a tight spot and Justin helped us out and absolutely made our day. Highly recommend going here for all your tire needs.

For decades I have avoided Big-O because a certain shop raked me over the coals. But serendipity brought me to this store, and they are amazing. My front end on my RV broke down in the Gila Wilderness. I was able to drive down into Silver City and park it in the Big-O lot on a Friday. They were so busy that they could not schedule me till Monday morning. It was the same with all the other shops in town, or even later. They were kind enough to let me camp in their huge parking lot. Long story short, the upper passenger control arm was chewed up by the ball joint and no new replacements were available anywhere. Ted the head Sales person found a used one, and it was delivered by the end of Monday. Tuesday afternoon I was back on the road thanks to Bill the talented front end mechanic.
