Big O Tires

I have used Big O for tires, oil changes and tune ups since I got my truck. This is the best place ever. The guys working at the front desk are some of the nicest people, who seem to really care. One of them remembers details about trips I have gone on and the other is always trying to help me get the best deals. I appreciate their services so much and will definitely keep coming. Places like these make me feel connected to my community and inspire me to be kind. Thank you both and thank you to the other laborers in the back who don't get credit!

These guys really did me a solid. I was road-tripping from Seattle to LA when I had a wheel bearing go bad about 200 miles out from Ukiah and deep on the 101. I made it to town late at night, was pointed to Big O Tires the next morning, and the guys there went above and beyond (truly) to get me back on the road. I know my car really well, and being hundreds of miles from my mechanic whom I trust was rough! But these guys gave me a fair quote, encouraged me to call my regular shop to keep them updated, and only did the work necessary. Extra shout outs to Cody for his great communication and local intel and most especially to Ed for going WAY above and beyond to get me back on the road. So grateful. I called Big O at 12:30 on a Tuesday. I explained to them that I was passing through and was wondering if they could balance my front steer tires on my Class C RV because I was getting a lot of shaking movement in the front end. I recently had the hubcap on my RV come off and sheer off the valve stem, which caused us to have a flat on the side of the road. Unfortunately, the company that came out didn’t put the right valve stem on and was not able to put the sensor back on. They did give me my sensor back, thankfully. Not only was Big O able to get us in immediately, they were able to balance both of the front tires, replace the wrong valve stem, and put my tire pressure sensor back on. On top of all of that, they had us out in an hour. It cost way less that I was expecting. Very grate

They are so helpful! I found myself with a flat tire 7 hours from home. They treated me very kind and fixed it within 15 minutes. Great place!

During a weekend trip, a rock got lodged between our brake backing plate and rotor, causing a terrible noise. Since we work with Big O in Petaluma, we stopped by Big O in Ukiah just minutes before closing. Ed, the manager, had his technician Austin take a look and he fixed the problem within seconds. We’re extremely grateful for their quick help, their professional techs and for getting us safely back on the road.
