Big Peach Car Wash

I’m honestly really disappointed and frustrated. I took my brand new car to Big Peach in Conyers expecting a normal, routine experience. Instead, their equipment scratched my vehicle. Seeing scratches on a car that I just purchased was heartbreaking. What makes this even more upsetting is how the situation was handled afterward. I understand that accidents can happen. No business is perfect. But when something goes wrong, accountability and customer care matter. I did not feel that at all. Instead of taking clear responsibility and making an effort to fix the damage, I was left feeling dismissed and unheard. When you trust a company with something you worked hard for, you expect them to treat it with care. A brand new car should never leave a business damaged because of their equipment.

Just needed to use the vacuum and they were very accommodating. Vacuums worked and had window cleaner and towels on hand and area was clean.

Come here regularly.staff is always very nice and helpful. Everything you need to clean your car is provided. I love the floor mat machine makes the mats so much easier. Restrooms on site is a plus

The car wash interior mechanisms are not fully working, your not getting a full wash, I go there to basically rinse my car and go home to finish the job. The staff at the beginning of the wash just rubs the brush slightly across the vehicle as when this place first opened you would get a nice pre wash and all the mechanical features work, now it's like night and day it's a pre wash rinse shop, not a car wash.

ATP I’m about to just cancel my membership. Every time I come here (1x a week) they NEVER have any black ice air fresheners. The machine works when it wants to. Sometimes have to come back around just to get a good rinse smh. Then when it’s time to shine my tires there is NEVER any tire shine available. Like what am I really paying a membership for.
