Big Peach Express Oil Change

Don’t get your oil changed here. My technician didn’t put my oil cap back on & all of my oil drained out of my vehicle. I had to pay out of pocket to have my car towed to a car dealership & let them check over my car to make sure there weren’t any damages, then add oil to it. Big peach agreed to call to pay the dealership. They didn’t & obviously I couldn’t pick my car up without paying the dealership, so again I paid out of pocket. After WEEKS of hounding them they finally wrote a check to reimburse me. It was a nightmare. This was at the Big Peach- Macon location, Hardmon ave. (They have there reviews turned off, so Im leaving it here) Originally their solution was for me to drive my car WITH NO OIL IN IT to them to “add oil to it”. Obviously that’s not what I did- because I’m not an id

Went in for an oil change. Staff was efficient but not friendly. They have a check list and go down that list effectively. But I heard them say i had a leak around the seal of the oil pan. They said nothing about it to me or how to fix it. Plus the check list guy didn’t know any of the names of the people working there, like what? Just not a welcoming environment for customers. But hey you get a free car wash.

Highly recommend!! Sam and Sheldon were awesome. It took less than 15 minutes for them to change oil in Jeep. It was super clean. They offered drinks and snacks while you wait. Again, I would highly recommend! Oh, you get a discount if you have a subscription at the car wash! Price was super comparable to other place I had been getting oil changed. Definitely give them chance. This will be my go to place from now on!!

Fast service. Friendly folks. A bit pricier than places like Walmart but the price is about the same as other oil changes around Forsyth. I sat in my vehicle while they did everything and drove away after a few minutes. Very convenient and very quick.

Everyone was so extremely nice and helpful. It was my first time and an excellent 👌 experience! Will definitely return , my oil change also included a free car wash so that was definitely a plus. Highly recommend!!
