Floyd’s did some custom painting on my new Ford Raptor and the quality was excellent and the price was great. Definitely recommend Floyd’s for paint work.

I give Floyd’s Body Shop a 5 star review for their above and beyond service. After a deer ran into the side of my car Floyd’s was recommended to me. In a time when customer service is lacking it’s great to know there is a company with such a great attitude to please their customers. The work was completed in a timely manner, perfect paint job, and can’t tell the car was ever damaged.I didn’t have to deal with insurance company to get my car repaired to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Floyd’s Body Shop if you want the job done correctly.

I've always heard pretty good things about this business, but I've never had the fortune/misfortune to have to use them. Well, that changed when I was rear-ended by someone who clearly was not paying attention. From the very start, they were very clear on their communication about what the process would be like after I explained I'd never gone through this process before. They explained their previous experience with the insurance company that I was going through and what I might expect. But overall, it was a pretty seamless process, thankfully. When I got my car back, it was probably in better shape than when I dropped it off with them. Everything looked very nice. I saw no issues, other than some super minor green paint/marker on one of my windows. Honestly I'm not even worried about it,

Brought my Ford edge in to have a piece of damaged trim replaced. Original quote was for $250ish dollars. When i I brought the car in to have the work done I was told that the original estimate didn't include paint and it went up to $500. It's a black car and a black part so I opted out of the extra cost for the paint. After the work was done I was told that the part number magically changed in their meaning the cost had gone up. I asked if they would honor the original quote and he threw his arms in the air and said "I'm not gonna lose money". Liars with zero customer service and zero honorability.

A poor deer ran out in front of my new car. Causing $20k worth of damage! Took my car to Floyd’s for repair. They did a stellar job! Had it back to me within a little over a month. No issues since picking up the car. They even washed it & had it shining when I pulled up to grab the vehicle. I would definitely return to Floyd’s for any car repair needed in the future. (Before fix image attached) after, looks brand new!
