Experienced some issues with my truck and Called Volume about repair and coverage. I was worried about having vehicle during the repair also. Todd Stone not only reassured me that everything would be handled but communicated with other dealers to make sure I was taken care of! His quick response and communication between everyone made me feel like family! I would highly recommend Volume Chevrolet!!

From the time I entered the shop to the time I left everything was spectacular. The service representative that check me in was wonderful. He assisted me in using my Chevy points. No one has ever done that to me before I will continue to bring my Chevy equinox to volume Chevrolet the service was great thanks for everything.

Intermittent wipers not working on a brand new Tahoe and they told me I wasn’t pushing a button. Mind you I’ve had this 2025 truck for a while now and it only stopped working the past week & I’ve never had to “PUSH A BUTTON” for it to work PREVIOUSLY. Requested service tech to show me and he couldn’t get them to work, go figure. Had my vehicle for 2.5 hours for an oil change & this issue. Also, the new sticker they put in windshield reminding me of next oil change states I’m 3,000 over for a new one? They left old paper mats in truck (yes this may be petty but when you spend $80k on a vehicle I expect my floor covers replaced when serviced as it has been raining for 2 weeks straight! .

Update: I am updating my original review. Since I've posted the review I received a call from the owner as well as had to go back to Volume Chevrolet. My second visit I was treated as a valued customer and the service was quick. The communication was great. Original review: I did NOT feel welcome here, at all. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars, instead of 1, is because the guy that checked me out, Josh Lake, was a great guy. From the moment I walked in. I was dealing with the Service Manager, Krieg Mayer. I called and made an appointment on a Monday. The lady scheduled my appointment for Tuesday, at 11:30. I showed up at 11:25. Krieg Mayer is the manager who checked me in and took my warranty paper. He stated, "Well my guys are about to finish up what they have and go to lun

This experience was OK. Must be really short staffed on Saturdays. When truck was done it took almost 15 minutes for them to call me up. When we got inside the truck it was not running but had a humming noise coming from the dashboard. The radio and the screen on the dash would not come on. They had to take it back in the shop to reset something. So far so good with that.
