Big Tow

This business is a joke. My car got towed because my tags were expired and I didn't have insurance. Which I've corrected. The police had my car towed to big tow which is actually Denton. When I went to pick my car up I was told that I had to pay a bill that belonged to my roommate. I was asked by my roommate to call and have a vehicle that belonged to a girl that went to jail. When the girl went to get her van tendons didn't charge her the tow bill. So because of this I had to pay a extra 150.00 to get my car back which was the bill for the van that was towed. I didn't sign the bill my roommate did but he still made me pay that bill. I called the police they said it was a c civil matter. Then a car was parked behind my car so I couldn't get it til Monday even though I paid 2 tow bills

Great service pulled me out of difficult spot. Driver very friendly and professional. 🙂
